For salons and barbers

Describe your salon's booking app. Fabricate builds it.

Write what you need in plain words: your services, your stylists, your hours. Fabricate builds a working web app with sign-in, its own database and a live link to share with clients.

Then try it yourself and ask for changes in the same chat until it fits the way your salon runs.

Online booking page

Clients choose a service, a stylist and a free time, and you see the week's bookings by stylist.

A booking website for my hair salon. Clients pick a service, a stylist and a free time slot, then leave their name and phone number. No client account needed to book. Only I can sign in, and I see all bookings for the week, grouped by stylist, and can cancel or move a booking. Make it easy to use on a phone.

Client cards

Colour formulas, allergies and visit history for every client, behind a staff sign-in.

A client card app for my salon. For each client: name, phone number, allergies, the colour formula and products we used, and notes. Each visit is logged with the date, the service and the stylist. Staff join with an invite code I give them; nobody else can create an account. Search clients by name or phone number.

Stylist schedule

Working days, hours and time off for each stylist, with a weekly view of who is in.

A staff schedule app for my salon. I set each stylist's working days and hours and add holidays and time off. Stylists join with an invite code I give them and sign in to see their own week. Show a weekly view of who is working when, and warn me when a day has fewer than two stylists.

Walk-in waitlist

Walk-ins add their name at the door and see how many people are ahead of them.

A walk-in waitlist for my barbershop. Customers add their name and the cut they want on a phone at the door and see how many people are ahead of them. Barbers join with an invite code from me and sign in to call the next customer and mark each cut as done.

The Fade template

A barbershop website template built around bookings, with prices on the first screen.

Where the salon week goes

Most of it is not hair. It is keeping track.

Bookings arrive from everywhere

Calls in the middle of a colour, messages after closing, walk-ins at the desk. Someone has to copy all of it into one book.

Client notes live on paper

Colour formulas, allergies and what was done last time sit on cards, in a notebook or in one stylist's memory.

Booking software built for someone else

Ready-made booking tools come with their own screens and their own idea of how a salon works.

The rota changes every week

Who works Saturday, who is on holiday, who covers the late shift. It changes faster than a printed schedule.

What your salon app comes with

Sign-in for your team

Ask for staff logins that join by your invite, so only you and your stylists see bookings and client notes. Clients book without an account.

Its own database

Every booking, client and service is saved in the app's own database and is still there tomorrow.

A live link to share

Publish and the app gets its own address, like your-salon.fabricate.chat, ready for your Instagram bio or a text to a client.

Your own domain

On Pro and Max, connect a domain you already own, like yoursalon.com.

Changes in plain words

Add a service, change the colours or move a button by asking in the chat, the same way you described the app.

Works on a phone

Apps are built for phones as well as laptops, which is where most clients will book.

Questions from salon owners

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the app in your own words and Fabricate builds it. To change something, you ask in the chat the same way.
Can clients book appointments themselves?
Yes, if you ask for it. Describe your services, how long each one takes and who does them, and Fabricate builds a booking page where clients pick a time and leave their details. Make a few test bookings yourself before you share the link.
Can it send reminder texts or take deposits?
Not on its own. Fabricate does not send text messages or take card payments for you. The app can list tomorrow's bookings with each client's phone number, so reminders are quick to send yourself.
Who can see my client list?
Only the people you choose, if you ask for that when you describe the app: say that only you can sign in, or that staff join with an invite code you give them. A sign-in that anyone can register for does not keep client names, phone numbers and notes private. On Free, anyone with the link can open the app itself, so keep those details behind that owner or invite-only sign-in. On Pro and Max you can make the whole app private.
Will my test bookings show up in the live app?
No. Publishing gives the live app a fresh database of its own, so the test entries you made in the preview stay behind.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Max. On Free, a published app gets its own free address on fabricate.chat.
What does it cost?
You can start on Free, which includes 60 credits a month and needs no card. A whole new app usually takes about 20 to 35 credits and a small change about 3 to 10 credits. Current plans are on the pricing page.
