For small businesses

Describe the app your business needs. Fabricate builds it.

Fabricate is an AI app builder for small businesses: describe a booking page, a client list, a job tracker or an order form in plain words, and it builds a working web app with its own database, a sign-in you control and a live link to share. The Free plan includes 60 credits a month and needs no credit card.

Try it yourself first, then ask for changes in the same chat.

Small business apps you can start from

Choose one and the builder opens with its description filled in. Change any word before you build.

Booking page

Customers pick a service and a free time; you see the week's bookings in one list.

A booking website for my small business. Customers choose a service, a date and a free time slot, then leave their name and phone number. No customer account needed to book. Only I can sign in, and I see all bookings for the week and can cancel or move one. Make it easy to use on a phone.

Client records

Contact details, notes and the history of every visit or job, behind a staff sign-in.

A client records app for my business. For each client: name, phone number, email, notes and a history of visits or jobs with the date and what was done. Staff join with an invite code I give them; nobody else can create an account. Search clients by name or phone number.

Job tracker

Jobs with a customer, a due date and who is on them, moved from new to done.

A job tracker for my small business. I add jobs with the customer, the address, a due date, the price and who is assigned. Staff join with an invite code I give them, see the jobs assigned to them and mark each one as started or done with a note. I see every job by status and by week.

Quote request form

Customers describe what they need online and every request lands in one list.

A quote request website for my business. Customers describe what they need, choose a preferred date and leave their name, phone number and email. Only I can sign in, and I see every request in one list and mark each one as new, quoted, won or lost.

Where a small business loses its week

Rarely in the work itself. In the lists, messages and spreadsheets around it.

Requests arrive everywhere

Bookings, orders and quote requests come in by phone, text, email and social messages, and someone has to copy them into one place.

A spreadsheet only one person understands

Client details, prices and schedules live in a file that breaks when someone else edits it and is hard to use on a phone.

Software made for a bigger company

Ready-made tools charge per seat and come with screens and steps your business does not need.

A developer costs more than the problem

Paying someone to build a small app for your own team rarely adds up, so the spreadsheet stays.

What every app comes with

A sign-in you control

Ask for a sign-in that only you can use, or staff logins that join by your invite, so customer details stay with your team. Customers book or order without an account.

Its own database

Everything the app keeps, from bookings to orders to notes, is saved in its own database and is still there tomorrow.

A live link to share

Publish and the app gets its own address, like your-business.fabricate.chat, for your website, your social bio or a text to a customer.

Your own domain

On Pro and Max, connect a domain you already own, like yourbusiness.com.

Changes in plain words

Add a field, a page or a report by asking in the chat, the same way you described the app.

Works on a phone

Apps are built for phones as well as laptops, so they work at the counter, on site and on the move.

Questions small business owners ask

Is there a free AI app builder for small businesses?
Yes: Fabricate has a Free plan, with 1 app online at a time. You can start on Free, which includes 60 credits a month and needs no card. A whole new app usually takes about 20 to 35 credits and a small change about 3 to 10 credits. Current plans are on the pricing page.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the app in your own words and Fabricate builds it. To change something, you ask in the chat the same way.
Does the app come with a database and logins?
Yes. Every app Fabricate builds has its own database, so what people enter is saved, and a sign-in when the app needs one. Say who should be able to sign in when you describe the app: only you, or staff who join with an invite code you give them.
Can it send texts or emails, or take card payments?
Not on its own. Fabricate does not send text messages or emails or take card payments for you. The app can keep the list of who to contact and what is owed, so reminders and invoices are quick to send yourself. If you want online payments, the AI can write Stripe code into your app, and you add your own Stripe keys.
Who can see my customer records?
Only the people you choose, if you ask for that when you describe the app: say that only you can sign in, or that staff join with an invite code you give them. A sign-in that anyone can register for does not keep customer names, phone numbers and notes private. On Free, anyone with the link can open the app itself, so keep those details behind that owner or invite-only sign-in. On Pro and Max you can make the whole app private.
How is Fabricate different from Lovable or Base44?
All three build apps from a description. Fabricate is made for people who do not write code: it builds the whole app, with its own database, a sign-in when the app needs one and hosting, in one step, and before an app can be published Fabricate opens it in a real browser and blocks one that crashes or shows a blank page. It does not build native iPhone or Android apps. The Lovable and Base44 alternatives pages compare them in more detail.
Will my test entries show up in the live app?
No. Publishing gives the live app a fresh database of its own, so the test entries you made in the preview stay behind.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Max. On Free, a published app gets its own free address on fabricate.chat.
