A Zillow clone is a property listings site: agents or owners list homes for sale or rent, and buyers and renters search, save and ask about them. Built with Fabricate, it is one web app made from your description, with a sign-in for agents and buyers, its own database and an admin page for you.
Listings and search: each home has photos, a price, rooms, size, features and its area. Buyers search by area and filter by price, rooms and type, sign in to save homes, and ask for a tour from the listing. Every request is kept under Responses in Fabricate and emailed to you, up to a daily limit.
Money: On Pro and Max, the app can take card payments through Stripe Checkout, paid into your own Stripe account, which you connect under More > Payments. That suits listing fees or a monthly plan for agents. Fabricate takes no share of what you are paid; Stripe charges its own card fees.
What is not built in: a map view, listing feeds from MLS or other sites, valuations, and phone apps from the App Store or Google Play. Photos can be shown on listings, up to your plan's storage, and anyone who has a photo's link can open it.
