For real estate agents

Describe your real estate app. Fabricate builds it.

Fabricate is an AI app builder for real estate agents: describe your listings, your buyers and how you follow up, and it builds a working web app for showing requests, a client portal and a lead tracker, with its own database and a live link to share. The Free plan includes 60 credits a month and needs no credit card.

Try it yourself first, then ask for changes in the same chat.

Real estate apps you can start from

Listings with showing requests

Your listings on one page, each with a form to request a showing.

A listings website for my real estate business. I add listings with the address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, a description, a status of active, pending or sold and a photo from a link I paste. Visitors browse the active listings and request a showing with their name, phone number, email and two preferred times. No visitor account needed. Only I can sign in, and I see every showing request by listing.

Buyer client portal

Each buyer sees their saved homes, upcoming showings and next steps.

A client portal for my real estate buyers. Clients join with an invite code I give them and see only their own page: the homes we are considering with a status of interested, showing booked, offer made or passed, upcoming showings with date and time, and a checklist of next steps such as pre-approval and inspection. I see every client and can update their page.

Lead tracker

Every lead with a source, a stage and a follow-up date.

A lead tracker for my real estate business. For each lead: name, phone number, email, buying or selling, price range, areas of interest, the source (open house, website, referral or other), a stage of new, contacted, showing, offer or closed, notes and a follow-up date. Only I can sign in. Show the leads due for a follow-up today and let me filter by stage.

Open house sign-in

Visitors sign in on a tablet; every visit becomes a lead.

An open house sign-in app for my real estate business. I choose today's listing, and visitors type their name, phone number, email, whether they have an agent and whether they are pre-approved on a tablet at the door. No visitor account needed. Only I can sign in to see the visitors for each open house, and each visitor is added to my lead list with the source open house.

Where the agent's week goes

Showing homes is the job. Keeping every buyer and lead moving is the work behind it.

Leads that go cold

Open house visitors and website inquiries need a follow-up, and the list lives in your phone.

Buyers asking what is next

Each buyer has saved homes, showings and documents to chase, and asks for an update by text.

Paper sign-in sheets

Open house visitors write on a clipboard, and half the phone numbers are unreadable.

Real estate CRMs with a learning curve

Agent platforms bundle marketing, dialers and drip campaigns that take weeks to set up.

What your real estate app comes with

Sign-in for you and your clients

Ask for client logins that join by an invite code you give them, so each buyer or seller sees only their own page. Visitors request a showing without an account.

Its own database

Listings, leads, showings and notes are saved in the app's own database and are still there tomorrow.

A live link to share

Publish and the app gets its own address, like your-homes.fabricate.chat, for your bio, your yard sign or a text to a client.

Your own domain

On Pro and Max, connect a domain you already own, like yourhomes.com.

Changes in plain words

Add a listing field, a lead stage or a page by asking in the chat, the same way you described the app.

Works on a phone

Apps are built for phones and tablets as well as laptops, so the sign-in sheet works on a tablet at the door.

Questions from agents

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the app in your own words and Fabricate builds it. To change something, you ask in the chat the same way.
Can it pull in MLS listings?
Not automatically. The app shows the listings you add yourself; it does not connect to the MLS or an IDX feed.
Can buyers request a showing online?
Yes, if you ask for it. Describe your listings and what you need from a buyer, and Fabricate builds a showing request form next to each listing. Send yourself a few test requests before you share the link.
Can it send follow-up texts or emails?
Not on its own. Fabricate does not send text messages or emails to your customers or take card payments for you. The lead tracker shows who is due for a follow-up today with their phone number and email, so the message is quick to send yourself. One thing it does do: once your app is published, every booking, order or enquiry a customer sends through it is kept under Responses in Fabricate, and you get an email for each one, up to a daily limit.
Who can see my clients' details?
Only the people you choose, if you ask for that when you describe the app: say that only you can sign in, or that clients join with an invite code you give them. A sign-in that anyone can register for does not keep client names, contact details and the homes they are considering private. On Free, anyone with the link can open the app itself, so keep those details behind that owner or invite-only sign-in. On Pro and Max you can make the whole app private.
Will my test leads show up in the live app?
No. Publishing gives the live app a fresh database of its own, so the test entries you made in the preview stay behind.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Max. On Free, a published app gets its own free address on fabricate.chat.
What does it cost?
You can start on Free, which includes 60 credits a month and needs no card. A whole new app usually takes about 20 to 35 credits and a small change about 3 to 10 credits. Current plans are on the pricing page.
