Webflow pricing in 2026, explained

Every Webflow plan, why a live site can take two of them, and what hosting, seats and AI credits add, with Fabricate's prices beside them.

Webflow's Starter site plan is free; Basic costs $25 a month and Premium $39 for each site, or $15 and $25 billed yearly. Team seats and a Workspace plan, for more staging sites or code export, come on top, with AI credits in every Workspace.

How Webflow bills: site plans, Workspaces and AI credits

Webflow bills in two layers. A site plan belongs to one site: it publishes and hosts that site and sets its pages, CMS and bandwidth, and from Basic up it connects a domain you own. A Workspace is where sites are built and staged and where teammates are invited. Every account has one free Starter Workspace, and paid Workspaces add staging sites, custom code and code export. Any Workspace can hold as many paid sites as you like, so a bill is a site plan for each live site, plus a Workspace plan and seats if you need them.

Seats are bought on the Workspace: one full seat comes with it, and each extra full seat costs $45 a month, or $39 billed yearly, with limited seats for editing content at $19 ($15). Webflow AI, which builds a site from a prompt, designs sections, fills CMS collections and drafts copy, runs on AI credits shared across the Workspace: 200 a month on Starter, 300 on Core and 400 on Growth, reset each month on self-serve plans, with more for a separate fee. Webflow's May 2026 announcement said the credit limits would apply from June 29, 2026.

Some costs grow with use. Premium buys bandwidth in add-ons, from 50 GB more for $30 a month ($20 billed yearly) up to 2.45 TB more for $1,460 ($974). Webflow Cloud, which hosts apps someone codes in Next.js or Astro beside a site, includes 1 million requests and 15 CPU minutes a month on Starter and Basic and 2 million and 30 on Premium, then charges $2 per million requests and $2 per five CPU hours. On paid plans, surge protection covers a spike, and two months in a row over a limit move the site up a plan automatically. The May 2026 prices reach existing sites at their next renewal or billable change on or after June 29, 2026, or November 16, 2026 for sites in Freelancer and Agency Workspaces.

What one app costs on Fabricate

Most of a month's credits go on changes, not the first build. Here is an example month on one app, drawn against Pro's 350 credits, and a way to price your own.

One exception: on Pro and Max, when your app uses AI for its visitors, answering them or reading documents they upload, each use is paid from your credits. Serving the app itself never is.

Costs people miss

The plan price is the easy part. These four decide what a month really comes to.

  • Running out mid-month

    • WebflowAI credits reset each month on self-serve Workspaces, and more cost a separate fee. A site that goes over its bandwidth gets a warning; on paid plans, surge protection covers a spike, and two months in a row over the limit move the site up a plan automatically.

    • FabricateOn Pro and Max, extra credits start at $10 for 100 and never expire, and apps on a paid plan stay online when credits run out.

  • Your own domain

    • WebflowFrom Basic, at $25 a month or $15 billed yearly, you connect a domain you own, with free SSL. Starter sites publish only at a webflow.io address.

    • FabricatePro connects up to 5 domains you own and Max up to 20, with the secure padlock set up for you.

  • Traffic to the live app

    • WebflowCapped by plan: 1 GB a month on Starter, 10 GB on Basic and 50 GB on Premium, which buys more from $30 a month ($20 billed yearly) for 50 GB. Apps on Webflow Cloud share the site's bandwidth and pay $2 per million requests past the plan's.

    • FabricateNot billed. Serving your published app never touches your credits.

  • AI inside your app

    • WebflowNot in Webflow's plans: its AI credits pay for building in Webflow, not for AI your visitors use on the site. An app you code for Webflow Cloud can call an AI provider, which bills you directly.

    • FabricateOn Pro and Max, each AI answer your app gives and each document it reads is paid from your credits, and "Where your credits went" lists them for each app.

When Webflow is the better buy

Webflow is built for marketing sites a designer controls closely: a visual designer with interactions and GSAP animation, a CMS with 20,000 items on Premium, and localization, A/B testing and site analytics as add-ons, served from Cloudflare's network. Basic puts a site on your own domain for $25 a month (the same as Fabricate's Pro), or $15 billed yearly, and Starter puts two pages online free at a webflow.io address. On Fabricate, Free builds and previews, and going live needs Pro.

For a content site, a blog or a store run by a team of editors, Webflow is the better fit, and its Ecommerce plans start at $29 a month billed yearly. We make Fabricate, so we say this part plainly.

Questions people ask

Webflow's answers come from its own pages, read October 25, 2026. Fabricate's come from our live plans.

Is Webflow free?
Yes, to start. The Starter site plan costs $0: two static pages at a webflow.io address, a CMS with 50 items, 1 GB of bandwidth a month and 50 form submissions, in the free Starter Workspace with 200 AI credits a month. Your own domain needs a paid site plan, from Basic at $25 a month or $15 billed yearly.
How much does Webflow cost?
Site plans are $25 a month for Basic and $39 for Premium, or $15 and $25 billed yearly, for each site. Ecommerce plans are $42, $84 and $235 a month ($29, $74 and $212 yearly). Workspace plans add $28 for Core or $60 for Growth ($19 and $49 yearly), extra full seats are $45 ($39), and Team is $2,500 a month on an annual contract. Enterprise is priced through sales.
What's the difference between a Webflow site plan and a Workspace plan?
A site plan publishes and hosts one site, so you pay one for each live site. A Workspace plan is where you build and stage sites and invite people: every account has a free one, and paid Workspaces add staging sites, custom code, code export and more AI credits. Any Workspace can hold any number of paid sites.
Does Webflow have a free trial?
Webflow's pricing page lists free plans rather than a trial: the Starter site plan and the Starter Workspace cost $0. A site moves to a paid site plan when it needs your own domain, more pages or the full CMS.
How much does the Webflow CMS cost?
The full CMS comes with Premium, at $39 a month or $25 billed yearly: 20,000 items in 40 collections, with code components and site search. Basic has no CMS, and Starter a small one with 50 items. Premium replaced the CMS and Business plans in May 2026.
What does Webflow hosting cost?
Hosting comes with the site plan: 1 GB of bandwidth a month on Starter, 10 GB on Basic and 50 GB on Premium, served from Cloudflare's network. Premium buys more, from 50 GB for $30 a month ($20 billed yearly) to 2.45 TB for $1,460 ($974). Webflow Cloud apps share that bandwidth, with 1 or 2 million requests a month included.
How do Webflow AI credits work?
Every Workspace comes with AI credits for Webflow AI: 200 a month on the free Starter Workspace, 300 on Core and 400 on Growth, shared across the Workspace and reset each month on self-serve plans. More cost a separate fee. Some AI features, such as drafting copy on a Starter site, need a paid Workspace.
Can I cancel Webflow anytime?
Yes, but you pay the rest of the term you signed up for. On a paid Workspace you can export a site's code and host it elsewhere, though CMS content has to be exported collection by collection, forms stop working, and exported code can't be imported back.
Is Webflow cheaper than Framer?
Not for a small site: Webflow Basic is $25 a month ($15 billed yearly) against Framer Basic's $15 ($10). For a site with a large CMS it is: Webflow Premium, at $39 ($25), costs less than Framer Pro at $45 ($30), and includes 20,000 CMS items to Pro's 2,500. An extra editor costs $45 a month on Webflow ($39 yearly) and $30 on Framer ($20).
What happens when Fabricate credits run out?
Nothing is lost: your apps stay in your account, and apps on a paid plan stay online. You can upgrade, or wait until your credits refill next month. On Pro and Max you can also buy extra credits, which never expire: 100 for $10, 300 for $27, 600 for $51, 1,000 for $80, 2,500 for $185, 5,000 for $350 or 10,000 for $650.
