Frequently Asked Questions

Which plans include Connectors?
Pro and Max. Responses are sent up to your plan's daily limit.
What gets sent?
The form name, every field the visitor filled in, and your app's name and address. A connector cannot read, change or delete anything in your app or your account.
What if a delivery fails?
Fabricate tries again over about a day. If deliveries keep failing, the connection is switched off until you turn it back on.
Do I still get the email?
Yes. Fabricate still emails you about new responses, up to a daily limit that depends on your plan, and keeps them in Cloud.
