For landscapers

Describe your landscaping app. Fabricate builds it.

Fabricate is an AI app builder for landscapers and lawn care businesses: describe your services, your regular customers and your crews, and it builds a working web app for quote requests and a weekly visit schedule, with its own database and a live link to share. The Free plan includes 60 credits a month and needs no credit card.

Try it yourself first, then ask for changes in the same chat.

Landscaping apps you can start from

Choose one and the builder opens with its description filled in. Change any word before you build.

Quote request form

Customers choose a service and describe the yard; every request lands in one list.

A quote request website for my landscaping business. Customers choose the services they want (mowing, hedge trimming, cleanup, planting or design), describe the yard, choose how often (one time, weekly or every two weeks) and leave their name, phone number and address. No account needed. Only I can sign in, and I see every request in one list and mark each one as new, quoted, won or lost.

Weekly visit schedule

Regular customers by day of the week, with skipped weeks and one-off jobs.

A visit schedule for my lawn care business. Each customer has an address, the services, a visit day and a frequency of weekly or every two weeks. Only I can sign in. Show each day's visits in order with the address and a link that opens it in my maps app, let me skip a visit for one week, and let me add one-off jobs to a day.

Crew checklist

Each crew's stops for the day, with property notes and a checklist to tick off.

A crew app for my landscaping business. I assign each day's visits to a crew. Crew members join with an invite code I give them, see their crew's stops for today with the property notes (gate code, pets, areas to avoid) and a checklist of the services, and mark each stop as done with a note. I see which stops are done.

Customer and property records

Each property's size, services, notes and visit history in one place.

A customer records app for my landscaping business. For each customer: name, phone number, address, lawn size, the services they have, notes about the property and a history of every visit with the date and what was done. Crew members join with an invite code I give them; nobody else can create an account. Search by name or street.

Where the landscaping week goes

The mowing is the easy part. Keeping the route straight is not.

Quote requests in the busy season

Spring brings a wave of calls, and the ones you cannot answer right away are the ones you lose.

Regular visits to keep straight

Weekly and fortnightly customers, skipped weeks and one-off jobs all have to fit into the same days.

Notes about each property

Gate codes, the dog in the yard and the beds the owner wants left alone are easy to forget.

Crews that need the day's list

Each crew needs to know where to go and what to do there, and a group text gets lost.

What your landscaping app comes with

Sign-in for your crews

Ask for crew logins that join by your invite, so only your team sees customer addresses and property notes. Customers ask for a quote without an account.

Its own database

Customers, properties and visits are saved in the app's own database and are still there tomorrow.

A live link to share

Publish and the app gets its own address, like your-landscaping.fabricate.chat, for your website, your truck or a text to a customer.

Your own domain

On Pro and Max, connect a domain you already own, like yourlandscaping.com.

Changes in plain words

Add a service, a visit frequency or a checklist item by asking in the chat, the same way you described the app.

Works on a phone

Apps are built for phones as well as laptops, so crews can check the next stop from the truck.

Questions from landscapers

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the app in your own words and Fabricate builds it. To change something, you ask in the chat the same way.
Can it plan recurring weekly visits?
Yes, if you describe it. Say which customers are on a weekly or two-weekly schedule and on which day, and the app can list each day's visits. Check the schedule with a few test customers before you rely on it.
Can it send texts or take payment?
Not on its own. Fabricate does not send text messages or take card payments for you. The app can list tomorrow's visits with each customer's phone number and show who is unpaid, so a reminder or a payment request is quick to send yourself. One thing it does do: once your app is published, every booking, order or enquiry a customer sends through it is kept under Responses in Fabricate, and you get an email for each one, up to a daily limit.
Does it plan the fastest route?
No. The app can list a day's stops in the order you set, each with a link that opens the address in your maps app, but it does not work out the route for you.
Who can see customer addresses?
Only the people you choose, if you ask for that when you describe the app: say that only you can sign in, or that crew members join with an invite code you give them. A sign-in that anyone can register for does not keep customer names, addresses and property notes private. On Free, anyone with the link can open the app itself, so keep those details behind that owner or invite-only sign-in. On Pro and Max you can make the whole app private.
Will my test visits show up in the live app?
No. Publishing gives the live app a fresh database of its own, so the test entries you made in the preview stay behind.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Max. On Free, a published app gets its own free address on fabricate.chat.
What does it cost?
You can start on Free, which includes 60 credits a month and needs no card. A whole new app usually takes about 20 to 35 credits and a small change about 3 to 10 credits. Current plans are on the pricing page.
