For tattoo studios

Describe your tattoo studio app. Fabricate builds it.

Fabricate is an AI app builder for tattoo studios and artists: describe your artists, your session lengths and what you need to know about each idea, and it builds a working web app for booking requests and artist schedules, with its own database and a live link to share. The Free plan includes 60 credits a month and needs no credit card.

Try it yourself first, then ask for changes in the same chat.

Tattoo studio apps you can start from

Choose one and the builder opens with its description filled in. Change any word before you build.

Booking request form

Clients describe the idea, the placement and the size, and choose an artist.

A booking request website for my tattoo studio. Clients choose an artist or no preference, describe their idea, choose the placement and an approximate size, paste a link to reference images, choose a budget range and preferred days, and leave their name, phone number, email and age. No account needed. Only I can sign in, and I see every request by artist and mark each one as new, consult booked, deposit paid, booked or declined.

Artist schedule

Each artist's sessions by day, with double bookings flagged.

A schedule app for my tattoo studio. I book each session to an artist with a date, a start time and a length. Artists join with an invite code I give them and see their own sessions for the week with the client and the piece. Warn me when an artist is double-booked, and show the open days for each artist.

Client and piece records

Every client's pieces and session notes, for multi-session work.

A client records app for my tattoo studio. For each client: name, phone number, email and their pieces, each with the artist, the placement, the style and notes from every session with the date and hours worked. Artists join with an invite code I give them; nobody else can create an account. Search clients by name or phone number.

Deposit log

Which bookings have paid a deposit, recorded by you.

A deposit log for my tattoo studio. For each booking I record the deposit amount, the date it was paid and how it was paid, or mark it as not yet paid. Only I can sign in. Show bookings in the next two weeks without a deposit, and each artist's deposits for the month.

Where the studio week goes

The tattoo takes hours of focus. The booking should not take more.

Requests in direct messages

Ideas arrive in social messages without the placement, the size or a budget, and each one needs a reply.

Every artist's book is different

Artists keep their own diaries, and the front desk has to ask before booking anyone.

Deposits to keep track of

A booking is only real once the deposit is in, and that is tracked in a notebook.

Multi-session pieces

A sleeve takes several sessions, and the notes from the last one need to be at hand.

What your studio app comes with

Sign-in for your artists

Ask for artist logins that join by your invite, so only you and your artists see requests and client records. Clients send a request without an account.

Its own database

Requests, sessions and client records are saved in the app's own database and are still there tomorrow.

A live link to share

Publish and the app gets its own address, like your-studio-ink.fabricate.chat, for your bio or a reply to a message.

Your own domain

On Pro and Max, connect a domain you already own, like yourtattoo.com.

Changes in plain words

Add an artist, a style or a request question by asking in the chat, the same way you described the app.

Works on a phone

Apps are built for phones as well as laptops, which is where most requests will come from.

Questions from tattoo studios

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the app in your own words and Fabricate builds it. To change something, you ask in the chat the same way.
Can it take booking deposits?
Not on its own. Fabricate does not take card payments or send text messages for you. Take deposits the way you do today and mark them as paid in the app, so the schedule shows which bookings are confirmed. One thing it does do: once your app is published, every booking, order or enquiry a customer sends through it is kept under Responses in Fabricate, and you get an email for each one, up to a daily limit.
Can clients send reference images?
Ask clients to paste a link to their reference images, for example from a cloud folder or a social post, and the request keeps that link next to the idea.
Can I keep consent forms and health notes in it?
Keep signed consent forms and any health information where you keep them today. The app is the place for requests, sessions and notes about the piece.
Who can see client details?
Only the people you choose, if you ask for that when you describe the app: say that only you can sign in, or that artists join with an invite code you give them. A sign-in that anyone can register for does not keep client names, contact details and session notes private. On Free, anyone with the link can open the app itself, so keep those details behind that owner or invite-only sign-in. On Pro and Max you can make the whole app private.
Will my test requests show up in the live app?
No. Publishing gives the live app a fresh database of its own, so the test entries you made in the preview stay behind.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Max. On Free, a published app gets its own free address on fabricate.chat.
What does it cost?
You can start on Free, which includes 60 credits a month and needs no card. A whole new app usually takes about 20 to 35 credits and a small change about 3 to 10 credits. Current plans are on the pricing page.
