For yoga studios

Describe your yoga studio app. Fabricate builds it.

Fabricate is an AI app builder for yoga and pilates studios: describe your classes, your teachers and your class passes, and it builds a working web app for class sign-ups and pass balances, with its own database and a live link to share. The Free plan includes 60 credits a month and needs no credit card.

Try it yourself first, then ask for changes in the same chat.

Class schedule and sign-up

Students see the week's classes and take a spot; full classes show a waitlist.

A class schedule website for my yoga studio. I add classes with a name, a teacher, a day, a time and a maximum number of spots. Students join with an invite code I give them, see the week's classes with the spots left, sign up for a class or join its waitlist when it is full, and cancel. Only I can add or change classes, and I see who is signed up for each class.

Class pass balance

How many classes each student has left on their pass.

An app to track class passes for my yoga studio. For each student I record the passes they bought, for example ten classes with an expiry date, and each class they attend, and the app shows how many classes are left. Students join with an invite code I give them and see only their own balance. Only I can record passes. List students with one class left or a pass that expires this week.

Front desk check-in

Today's classes with the sign-up list, ticked off as students arrive.

A check-in app for the front desk of my yoga studio. Only I can sign in, and teachers join with an invite code I give them. Show today's classes in time order; for each class show who is signed up and let us tick each student off when they arrive, and add a walk-in by name. Show the attendance for each class afterwards.

Teacher schedule and cover

Each teacher's classes, with cover requests the other teachers can take.

A teacher schedule app for my yoga studio. Teachers join with an invite code I give them and see the classes they teach this week. A teacher can ask for cover on a class, and the other teachers see open cover requests and can take one. I see the whole week and which classes still need cover.

Where the studio week goes

The class is an hour. The sign-ups, passes and cover requests take longer.

Full classes, empty classes

Without sign-ups you cannot tell which classes will be packed and which will have two people.

Class passes on paper

Punch cards and spreadsheets lose track of how many classes each student has left.

Teachers who need cover

A teacher is ill, and finding cover happens in a group chat at seven in the morning.

Studio software priced per location

Booking platforms for studios charge a monthly fee and take a cut that is hard to justify for a small studio.

What your studio app comes with

Sign-in for students and teachers

Ask for student logins and teacher logins that each join by an invite code you give them, so each student sees only their own sign-ups and pass balance.

Its own database

Classes, sign-ups and passes are saved in the app's own database and are still there tomorrow.

A live link to share

Publish and the app gets its own address, like your-studio.fabricate.chat, for your website, your bio or the studio door.

Your own domain

On Pro and Max, connect a domain you already own, like yourstudio.com.

Changes in plain words

Add a class, a pass type or a room by asking in the chat, the same way you described the app.

Works on a phone

Apps are built for phones as well as laptops, which is where students will sign up.

Questions from studio owners

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the app in your own words and Fabricate builds it. To change something, you ask in the chat the same way.
Can students sign up for classes online?
Yes, if you ask for it. Describe your classes, how many spots each one has and who can sign up, and Fabricate builds a schedule where students take a spot. Sign up as two test students before you share the link, and check that a full class stops taking sign-ups.
Can it sell class passes or memberships?
Not on its own. Fabricate does not take card payments or send text messages or emails to your customers. Take payment the way you do today and record the pass in the app, which then keeps each student's balance. One thing it does do: once your app is published, every booking, order or enquiry a customer sends through it is kept under Responses in Fabricate, and you get an email for each one, up to a daily limit.
Who can see student details?
Only the people you choose, if you ask for that when you describe the app: say that only you can sign in, or that students and teachers join with an invite code you give them. A sign-in that anyone can register for does not keep student names, contact details and attendance private. On Free, anyone with the link can open the app itself, so keep those details behind that owner or invite-only sign-in. On Pro and Max you can make the whole app private.
Will my test sign-ups show up in the live app?
No. Publishing gives the live app a fresh database of its own, so the test entries you made in the preview stay behind.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Max. On Free, a published app gets its own free address on fabricate.chat.
What does it cost?
You can start on Free, which includes 60 credits a month and needs no card. A whole new app usually takes about 20 to 35 credits and a small change about 3 to 10 credits. Current plans are on the pricing page.
