For dry cleaners and laundries

Describe your dry cleaning app. Fabricate builds it.

Fabricate is an AI app builder for dry cleaners and laundries: describe your services, your tickets and your pickup routes, and it builds a working web app for order tickets, an order status lookup and pickup requests, with its own database and a live link to share. The Free plan includes 60 credits a month and needs no credit card.

Try it yourself first, then ask for changes in the same chat.

Order tickets

Each order with its items, its ready date and its status.

An order ticket app for my dry cleaning business. Staff join with an invite code I give them and create a ticket with a ticket number, the customer's name and phone number, the items (shirt, suit, dress, coat or other) with a quantity and a price for each, special instructions and a ready date. Each ticket has a status of received, cleaning, ready or collected. Search tickets by number, name or phone number.

Order status lookup

Customers enter their ticket number and phone number to see if it is ready.

An order status page for my dry cleaning business. A customer enters their ticket number and the phone number on the ticket and sees only that order's status and ready date. No customer account needed. Staff join with an invite code I give them and update each ticket's status.

Pickup and delivery requests

Customers ask for a pickup; drivers see the day's stops.

A pickup and delivery app for my laundry business. Customers request a pickup with their name, phone number, address, a date and a time window, and what they are sending. No account needed. Drivers join with an invite code I give them and see the day's pickups and deliveries in time order with a link that opens each address in a maps app, and mark each one as done.

Customer preferences

Each customer's starch, folding and care preferences, at the counter.

A customer preferences app for my dry cleaning business. For each customer: name, phone number, starch level, shirts folded or on hangers, care notes and a history of their tickets. Only I can sign in, and staff join with an invite code I give them. Search by name or phone number.

Where the counter week goes

Cleaning is the service. Finding the right ticket is the daily work.

"Is my order ready?"

Customers call to check, and each call means finding the ticket on the rail.

Paper tickets that go missing

A lost ticket means a hunt through the racks while the customer waits.

Pickup and delivery by phone

Pickup requests are taken by phone and written on a list the driver may never see.

Customer preferences

Light starch, boxed shirts and the coat that needs extra care are easy to forget.

What your dry cleaning app comes with

Sign-in for your staff

Ask for staff logins that join by your invite, so only your team sees tickets and customer details. Customers check a ticket without an account.

Its own database

Tickets, customers and pickups are saved in the app's own database and are still there tomorrow.

A live link to share

Publish and the app gets its own address, like your-cleaners.fabricate.chat, for your website, your receipts or a text to a customer.

Your own domain

On Pro and Max, connect a domain you already own, like yourcleaners.com.

Changes in plain words

Add a service, a garment type or a status by asking in the chat, the same way you described the app.

Works on a phone

Apps are built for phones and tablets as well as laptops, so the counter and the driver use the same app.

Questions from dry cleaners

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the app in your own words and Fabricate builds it. To change something, you ask in the chat the same way.
Can customers check whether their order is ready?
Yes, if you ask for it. Describe a status page where a customer enters their ticket number and phone number and sees only that order. Test it with two made-up tickets before you share the link.
Can it text customers or take payment?
Not on its own. Fabricate does not send text messages or take card payments for you. The app can list the orders marked ready with each customer's phone number, so the call or text is quick to make yourself. One thing it does do: once your app is published, every booking, order or enquiry a customer sends through it is kept under Responses in Fabricate, and you get an email for each one, up to a daily limit.
Who can see customer details?
Only the people you choose, if you ask for that when you describe the app: say that only you can sign in, or that staff join with an invite code you give them. A sign-in that anyone can register for does not keep customer names, phone numbers and addresses private. On Free, anyone with the link can open the app itself, so keep those details behind that owner or invite-only sign-in. On Pro and Max you can make the whole app private.
Will my test tickets show up in the live app?
No. Publishing gives the live app a fresh database of its own, so the test entries you made in the preview stay behind.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Max. On Free, a published app gets its own free address on fabricate.chat.
What does it cost?
You can start on Free, which includes 60 credits a month and needs no card. A whole new app usually takes about 20 to 35 credits and a small change about 3 to 10 credits. Current plans are on the pricing page.
