For event planners

Describe your event planning app. Fabricate builds it.

Fabricate is an AI app builder for event and wedding planners: describe your events, your clients and your vendors, and it builds a working web app for inquiries, client planning pages and guest lists, with its own database and a live link to share. The Free plan includes 60 credits a month and needs no credit card.

Try it yourself first, then ask for changes in the same chat.

Event planning apps you can start from

Choose one and the builder opens with its description filled in. Change any word before you build.

Client planning page

Each client sees their timeline, decisions and the tasks waiting on them.

A client planning app for my event planning business. Clients join with an invite code I give them and see only their own event: the date and venue, a planning timeline with tasks marked done or to do, the decisions made so far (menu, colors, music) and the tasks waiting on them. Clients can add a comment to a task. I see every event and can edit everything.

Guest list and RSVPs

Guests reply online with meal choices; you see the numbers update.

A guest list app for an event I am planning. I add guests with their name, email and party size. Guests open the RSVP page, find their name and reply yes or no, with a meal choice and any dietary needs for each person. No guest account needed. Only I can sign in, and I see totals for yes, no and no reply, the meal counts and the dietary list.

Vendor tracker

Every vendor for every event, with arrival times and what is still owed.

A vendor tracker for my event planning business. For each event I list the vendors (caterer, florist, photographer, DJ, rentals) with the contact name, phone number, arrival time, the total price, deposits paid and the balance due date. Only I can sign in. Show each event's vendors in arrival order and a list of balances due in the next 30 days.

Inquiry form

New clients send the date, the guest count and the budget before the first call.

An inquiry form for my event planning business. People enter the event type (wedding, birthday, corporate or other), the date, the expected guest count, the venue if they have one, a budget range and their name, phone number and email. No account needed. Only I can sign in, and I see every inquiry and mark each one as new, call booked, proposal sent, booked or lost.

Where the planning week goes

The day itself runs on a timeline. Getting to it runs on a hundred messages.

Decisions lost in threads

Colors, menus and timings are agreed in messages and hard to find a month later.

Guest lists in spreadsheets

Replies, plus-ones and dietary needs change daily, in a file that several people edit.

Vendors and what each is owed

Every event has its own vendors, arrival times and balances due.

Inquiries that need the same answers

Each new inquiry starts with the same questions about date, guests and budget.

What your planning app comes with

Sign-in for you and your clients

Ask for client logins that join by an invite code you give them, so each client sees only their own event.

Its own database

Events, guests, vendors and decisions are saved in the app's own database and are still there tomorrow.

A live link to share

Publish and the app gets its own address, like your-events.fabricate.chat, for your website, your bio or a message to a client.

Your own domain

On Pro and Max, connect a domain you already own, like yourevents.com.

Changes in plain words

Add a planning step, a vendor type or a guest field by asking in the chat, the same way you described the app.

Works on a phone

Apps are built for phones as well as laptops, so the timeline is in your hand on the day.

Questions from event planners

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the app in your own words and Fabricate builds it. To change something, you ask in the chat the same way.
Can guests RSVP online?
Yes, if you ask for it. Describe what each guest should answer, and Fabricate builds an RSVP page that saves every reply. Reply as a few test guests before you share the link. For a single event with no other planning, the free RSVP page may be all you need.
Can it send invitations or take payments?
Not on its own. Fabricate does not send text messages or emails to your customers or take card payments for you. Share the RSVP link in the invitations you already send, and record deposits and balances in the vendor tracker. One thing it does do: once your app is published, every booking, order or enquiry a customer sends through it is kept under Responses in Fabricate, and you get an email for each one, up to a daily limit.
Who can see my clients' events?
Only the people you choose, if you ask for that when you describe the app: say that only you can sign in, or that clients join with an invite code you give them. A sign-in that anyone can register for does not keep client details, guest lists and vendor prices private. On Free, anyone with the link can open the app itself, so keep those details behind that owner or invite-only sign-in. On Pro and Max you can make the whole app private.
Will my test guests show up in the live app?
No. Publishing gives the live app a fresh database of its own, so the test entries you made in the preview stay behind.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Max. On Free, a published app gets its own free address on fabricate.chat.
What does it cost?
You can start on Free, which includes 60 credits a month and needs no card. A whole new app usually takes about 20 to 35 credits and a small change about 3 to 10 credits. Current plans are on the pricing page.
