For florists

Describe your flower shop app. Fabricate builds it.

Fabricate is an AI app builder for florists: describe your arrangements, your delivery area and the weddings you do, and it builds a working web app for flower orders and a delivery list, with its own database and a live link to share. The Free plan includes 60 credits a month and needs no credit card.

Try it yourself first, then ask for changes in the same chat.

Flower order form

Customers choose an arrangement, a delivery date and write the card message.

An order website for my flower shop. Customers choose an arrangement (bouquet, vase arrangement or sympathy flowers) and a size, an occasion, a delivery or pickup date, the recipient's name and address and the card message, then leave their own name and phone number. They pay when I call to confirm; no account needed. Only I can sign in, and I see orders by delivery date and mark each one as confirmed, made, out for delivery or delivered.

Delivery list

The day's deliveries by time window, each with the address and the card message.

A delivery list app for my flower shop. Drivers join with an invite code I give them. Each day shows the deliveries with the time window, the recipient, the address with a link that opens it in a maps app, the card message and any delivery notes. Drivers mark each delivery as delivered or not home with a note. I see which deliveries are done.

Wedding and event inquiries

Couples send the date, the venue and the style; you plan each event in one place.

A wedding and event planner for my flower shop. Couples fill in a form with the event date, the venue, the colors and style they want, the pieces they need (bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces) and a budget range. Only I can sign in. For each event I keep the list of pieces with quantities and stems, notes and a status of inquiry, quoted, booked or done, and I see upcoming events by date.

Stem order list

The stems each order needs, added up into what to buy for the week.

A stem ordering app for my flower shop. I record the recipe for each arrangement as stems and quantities, and each order uses a recipe. Only I can sign in. Show the total stems needed for the orders in the next seven days, grouped by flower, so I know what to order from my wholesaler.

Where the flower shop week goes

Arranging is the craft. Taking down the order correctly is the risk.

Orders by phone on the busiest days

Before a holiday the phone does not stop, and each order needs a card message spelled right.

Deliveries in the right order

The day's deliveries have time windows and addresses across town, written on order slips.

Weddings planned over months

Colors, stems, quantities and the venue change over a dozen messages before the day.

Stems to order in time

What to order from the wholesaler depends on orders that are still coming in.

What your flower shop app comes with

A sign-in you control

Ask for a sign-in that only you can use, or staff logins that join by your invite. Customers order without an account.

Its own database

Orders, deliveries and event details are saved in the app's own database and are still there tomorrow.

A live link to share

Publish and the app gets its own address, like your-flowers.fabricate.chat, for your website, your bio or a text to a customer.

Your own domain

On Pro and Max, connect a domain you already own, like yourflowers.com.

Changes in plain words

Add an arrangement, a delivery zone or an occasion by asking in the chat, the same way you described the app.

Works on a phone

Apps are built for phones as well as laptops, so the delivery list goes in the van.

Questions from florists

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the app in your own words and Fabricate builds it. To change something, you ask in the chat the same way.
Can customers order flowers online?
Yes, if you ask for it. Describe your arrangements, your delivery area and your delivery days, and Fabricate builds an order form that saves each order. Place a few test orders yourself before you share the link.
Can it take payment for orders?
Not on its own. Fabricate does not take card payments or send text messages for you. The app can show which orders are unpaid, with each customer's phone number, so you confirm and take payment the way you do today. One thing it does do: once your app is published, every booking, order or enquiry a customer sends through it is kept under Responses in Fabricate, and you get an email for each one, up to a daily limit.
Does it plan the delivery route?
No. The app can list the day's deliveries by time window with a link that opens each address in your maps app, but it does not work out the route for you.
Who can see customer orders?
Only the people you choose, if you ask for that when you describe the app: say that only you can sign in, or that drivers and staff join with an invite code you give them. A sign-in that anyone can register for does not keep customer names, recipient addresses and card messages private. On Free, anyone with the link can open the app itself, so keep those details behind that owner or invite-only sign-in. On Pro and Max you can make the whole app private.
Will my test orders show up in the live app?
No. Publishing gives the live app a fresh database of its own, so the test entries you made in the preview stay behind.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Max. On Free, a published app gets its own free address on fabricate.chat.
What does it cost?
You can start on Free, which includes 60 credits a month and needs no card. A whole new app usually takes about 20 to 35 credits and a small change about 3 to 10 credits. Current plans are on the pricing page.
