For moving companies

Describe your moving company app. Fabricate builds it.

Fabricate is an AI app builder for moving companies: describe your services, your crews and your trucks, and it builds a working web app for quote requests, a crew schedule and move inventory checklists, with its own database and a live link to share. The Free plan includes 60 credits a month and needs no credit card.

Try it yourself first, then ask for changes in the same chat.

Moving quote request form

Customers give both addresses, the date, the home size and the big items.

A moving quote request website for my moving company. Customers enter the moving date, the pickup and drop-off addresses, the home size (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 or more), the floors and whether there is an elevator, large items such as a piano or a safe, whether they need packing, and their name, phone number and email. No account needed. Only I can sign in, and I see every request and mark each one as new, quoted, booked or lost.

Crew and truck schedule

Each move assigned to a crew and a truck, with clashes flagged.

A schedule app for my moving company. I book each move with a date, a start time, the addresses, the truck and the crew members. Crew members join with an invite code I give them and see their own moves for the week with the addresses and notes. Warn me when a truck or a mover is booked on two moves at the same time.

Move inventory checklist

Items by room with their condition at pickup and at delivery.

A move inventory app for my moving company. For each move the crew records items by room with a description, the number of pieces and the condition at pickup (good, scratched or damaged) with a note, then ticks each item off at delivery with its condition. Crew members join with an invite code I give them. Only I and the crew can see inventories, and I see each move's full list.

Moving estimate calculator

An estimate from the customer's answers, using the rates you set.

A moving estimate page for my moving company. I set my hourly rate per mover, the truck fee and the estimated hours for each home size. Customers choose their home size, the number of movers and whether they need packing, and see an estimated total with a note that the final price depends on the actual hours. Only I can sign in to change the rates.

Where the moving week goes

Moving day is planned in advance. The planning is where the time goes.

Quotes need the same questions

Each quote needs the addresses, the date, the home size, the stairs and the big items, asked one call at a time.

Crews and trucks to match up

Each move needs the right number of movers and the right truck, and weekends fill up fast.

"Was that scratch there before?"

Without a record of items and their condition at pickup, damage claims become arguments.

Mover software priced for large fleets

Moving platforms bundle dispatch, payroll and storage billing that a small company may not need.

What your moving app comes with

Sign-in for your crews

Ask for crew logins that join by your invite, so only your team sees customer addresses and inventories. Customers request a quote without an account.

Its own database

Quotes, moves, crews and inventories are saved in the app's own database and are still there tomorrow.

A live link to share

Publish and the app gets its own address, like your-moving.fabricate.chat, for your website, your truck or a text to a customer.

Your own domain

On Pro and Max, connect a domain you already own, like yourmoving.com.

Changes in plain words

Add a service, a truck or an inventory field by asking in the chat, the same way you described the app.

Works on a phone

Apps are built for phones and tablets as well as laptops, so the inventory is filled in at the door.

Questions from moving companies

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the app in your own words and Fabricate builds it. To change something, you ask in the chat the same way.
Can it calculate a moving estimate?
Yes, using the rules you give it: say what you charge per mover, per hour and for the truck, and how long each home size usually takes, and the app can show an estimate from the customer's answers. Check it against a few real moves before customers see it.
Can it take deposits or send confirmations?
Not on its own. Fabricate does not take card payments or send text messages or emails to your customers. The app can list upcoming moves with each customer's phone number and whether a deposit is recorded, so the confirmation call is quick to make yourself. One thing it does do: once your app is published, every booking, order or enquiry a customer sends through it is kept under Responses in Fabricate, and you get an email for each one, up to a daily limit.
Who can see customer addresses and inventories?
Only the people you choose, if you ask for that when you describe the app: say that only you can sign in, or that crew members join with an invite code you give them. A sign-in that anyone can register for does not keep customer names, addresses and move inventories private. On Free, anyone with the link can open the app itself, so keep those details behind that owner or invite-only sign-in. On Pro and Max you can make the whole app private.
Will my test moves show up in the live app?
No. Publishing gives the live app a fresh database of its own, so the test entries you made in the preview stay behind.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Max. On Free, a published app gets its own free address on fabricate.chat.
What does it cost?
You can start on Free, which includes 60 credits a month and needs no card. A whole new app usually takes about 20 to 35 credits and a small change about 3 to 10 credits. Current plans are on the pricing page.
