For plumbers

Describe your plumbing app. Fabricate builds it.

Fabricate is an AI app builder for plumbers: describe your jobs, your team and what you record at each property, and it builds a working web app for service requests and a job tracker, with its own database and a live link to share. The Free plan includes 60 credits a month and needs no credit card.

Try it yourself first, then ask for changes in the same chat.

Plumbing apps you can start from

Choose one and the builder opens with its description filled in. Change any word before you build.

Service request form

Customers describe the problem and how urgent it is; every request lands in one list.

A service request website for my plumbing business. Customers choose the problem (leak, blocked drain, no hot water, installation or other), say how urgent it is, describe it and leave their name, phone number and address. No account needed. Only I can sign in, and I see every request in one list, newest first, and mark each one as new, scheduled, done or declined.

Job tracker

Jobs with a customer, an address and a plumber, moved from scheduled to done.

A job tracker for my plumbing business. I add jobs with the customer, the address, the problem, the date and which plumber is assigned. Plumbers join with an invite code I give them, see the jobs assigned to them in date order and mark each one as on the way, started or done, with a note of the work done and the parts used. I see every job by status and by day.

Customer and property history

Property notes and every past job, searchable by name, phone or street.

A customer records app for my plumbing business. For each customer: name, phone number, address, notes about the property such as where the stopcock is and the boiler model, and a history of every job with the date, the work done and the price. Plumbers join with an invite code I give them; nobody else can create an account. Search by name, phone number or street.

Quote builder

Labour and parts as line items, added up, with a status for each quote.

A quote app for my plumbing business. I create a quote for a customer with line items for labour and parts, each with a quantity and a price, and the app adds up the total. Only I can sign in. Each quote has a status of draft, sent, accepted or declined, and each quote has a clean page I can print or save as a PDF from my browser.

Where the plumbing week goes

The repair takes an hour. Finding the details for it should not.

Calls while you are under a sink

New jobs come in by phone while your hands are full, and the details are written on whatever is nearby.

Every property is different

Where the stopcock is, the boiler model and what you fixed last time are easy to forget between visits.

Who is on which job

With more than one van, someone has to keep track of who is where and which jobs are finished.

Field service software for big fleets

Job management platforms charge per user and come with dispatch boards and modules a small firm never opens.

What your plumbing app comes with

Sign-in for your team

Ask for plumber logins that join by your invite, so only your team sees jobs and customer addresses. Customers send a request without an account.

Its own database

Jobs, customers and property notes are saved in the app's own database and are still there tomorrow.

A live link to share

Publish and the app gets its own address, like your-plumbing.fabricate.chat, for your website, your van or a text to a customer.

Your own domain

On Pro and Max, connect a domain you already own, like yourplumbing.com.

Changes in plain words

Add a job type, a field for parts used or a report by asking in the chat, the same way you described the app.

Works on a phone

Apps are built for phones as well as laptops, so the job list opens on site in the browser.

Questions from plumbers

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the app in your own words and Fabricate builds it. To change something, you ask in the chat the same way.
Can customers request a job online?
Yes, if you ask for it. Describe the jobs you take and what you need to know, and Fabricate builds a request form that saves every request to one list. Send yourself a few test requests before you share the link.
Can my plumbers see their jobs on site?
Yes, if you ask for it. Say that plumbers join with an invite code you give them and see the jobs assigned to them. The app opens in a phone's browser, so there is nothing to install from an app store.
Can it send invoices or take payment?
Not on its own. Fabricate does not take card payments or send text messages or emails to your customers. The app can keep each job with the customer's phone number and the price, so an invoice from your accounting software or a payment request is quick to send yourself. One thing it does do: once your app is published, every booking, order or enquiry a customer sends through it is kept under Responses in Fabricate, and you get an email for each one, up to a daily limit.
Who can see customer addresses?
Only the people you choose, if you ask for that when you describe the app: say that only you can sign in, or that plumbers join with an invite code you give them. A sign-in that anyone can register for does not keep customer names, phone numbers and addresses private. On Free, anyone with the link can open the app itself, so keep those details behind that owner or invite-only sign-in. On Pro and Max you can make the whole app private.
Will my test jobs show up in the live app?
No. Publishing gives the live app a fresh database of its own, so the test entries you made in the preview stay behind.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Max. On Free, a published app gets its own free address on fabricate.chat.
What does it cost?
You can start on Free, which includes 60 credits a month and needs no card. A whole new app usually takes about 20 to 35 credits and a small change about 3 to 10 credits. Current plans are on the pricing page.
